This 3 bedroom cottage is located off a main road and down a gravel road 1 mile to Seymour Lake. This is a seasonal community of about 25 camps in transition to becoming occupied year round. There are some high end houses and more modest ones- like mine. I have decorated the rooms in either new or antique furniture, new mattresses, and window blinds. All bedding and towels are provided and some basic toiletries. Access to a small shared beach is just a short walk down the road, where you'll meet some nice friendly people. This is a quiet, mostly retired community but people are active in their gardens, on the lake swimming, boating, skiing and fishing. We enjoy our privacy as well as our communal involvement.

The space

Two vacant rooms upstairs are available in my 3 bedroom house. One 12' by 12' bedroom has a queen size bed, bureau and closet for the tenants use. The other room can be used as a sitting room and also has a twin size bed. Also the upstairs toilet and sink are for tenant use, the shower is shared. Downstairs has a small shared kitchen, dining room and living room. The downstairs bath is for the owners use. All outside spaces are shared, with the exception of the studio, which is solely used by the owner.
