A peaceful and centrally located place near the Milan Puskar Stadium and hospitals. Three-level townhome with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are pets (cat, chinchillas, turtles) living in the townhome. The first level has a one-bedroom and a bathroom with a garage. The room has a large turtle tank. The second floor has a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The third floor has a laundry unit with two bedrooms (I'm in the master bedroom) with private bathrooms. I'm renting out two rooms - the first-level and third-level bedrooms. Both rooms have private bathrooms. Looking for a tenant who travels home for the weekend for the first-level room. I would need to clean the tank once a month and clean the bathroom afterward. Two red-eyed slider turtles reside in the room, with ambient water noise. Lulu and Maria are their names. They do make some noise at night, but usually they sleep all night. This room may not be for you if you are a light sleeper.
