I am offering short- to mid-term rental opportunities in a 5-BR home in Morgantown, WV, extremely close to local hospitals. The home is a literal stone's throw from Ruby Memorial Hospital, the WVU Health Science Center, and the Milan Puskar WVU Football Stadium (walking/biking distance to all three) -and- a short drive to Mon General Hospital. This is a shared living space, in which I am the primary resident / owner of the home, and there may be other residents at any given time. The initial agreement to stay may be anywhere between 2 weeks and 3 months. If it's a positive, compatible situation, there would be options to extend. All utilities (electricity, gas, internet, trash, sewage, water, etc.), laundry, and parking are included in the rent. There is a small gym space in the basement, and I'm actively building a recreation room that will feature a billiards table. Beyond your private bedroom, there are several tables and couches scattered around the home, and thus, plenty of surfaces from which you can work, relax, etc. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. I am seeking open-minded people who enjoy communal living and may benefit from shared space. In exchange, you will be able to live in a clean, spacious home that is incredibly close to the HSC with very flexible terms of the lease. Our current group of housemates all are professionals who enjoy physical and outdoor recreation. We benefit from the sense of community that we've built through planning adventures and social outings together, but also supporting one another in our respective professional and personal endeavors. This ad is targeted particularly toward traveling health care professionals at Ruby, visiting scholars / post-docs at the HSC, or folks associated with WVU Law School that share some of the values stated above. The home is relatively close to the HSC PRT station, so folks in other departments at WVU also may benefit from this location. For those passionate about WVU football, you could not be much closer to the Blue Lot for game day tailgates.
