I am providing a mid-term rental in my townhome, minimum one month stay. The home is located close to Morgantown area hospitals, the WVU campus, downtown businesses and shopping centers. This is a shared living space; I am the owner and live in the home. I have a private suite, including my office, a sleeping loft and bathroom. The tenant bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor of the home along with the laundry facilities. I have been a short-term rental host for numerous years and have transitioned into the mid-term rental market to help traveling professionals find a good fit during their stay in the area.

The space

Cozy townhome offers one private bedroom and private bathroom as well as adjacent laundry facilities all on the second floor. The tenant bedroom includes a queen-size memory foam mattress, dresser, closet, bookshelf, small desk and chair, and extra chair. The main level features a kitchen with well-stocked cooking supplies/utensils, comfortable living room, dining area, and half bathroom. Owner and one cat live on site.
