Please note that this is a basement apartment with a private entrance located at the rear of the home. Guests will need to descend approximately 13-15 exterior steps to access the apartment. The home maintains a naturally cool temperature year-round. The thermostat is located in the upstairs apartment; however, temperature adjustments can be made upon request whenever possible. For added comfort, the apartment is equipped with electric fireplaces and portable heater/fan units. While the apartment is a completely private living space, there is a separate apartment above. As with most multi-unit homes, occasional noise transfer may occur.
