Our home is a classic Vermont farmhouse on a quiet horse property in Morrisville, just outside of Stowe. We are open to either a seasonal winter rental or a longer-term arrangement for the right person or family. The apartment is fully private and separate from the main house, with beautiful views, great sunsets, a large fenced-in yard, and one indoor garage bay included. The location offers the best of both worlds: peaceful and rural, yet still very convenient. We are about 3 miles from Copley Hospital and downtown Morrisville and Route 100, with Stowe Village and local shopping less than 10 minutes away. For skiers and outdoor enthusiasts, this is an ideal winter home base. Stowe Mountain Resort is an easy drive, with Smugglers' Notch, Trapp Family Lodge, Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Bolton Valley, and Jay Peak all within reach. The VAST trail runs nearby, and the Catamount Trail is just a short walk or drive away. The apartment is fully furnished and designed to be a comfortable, turnkey stay.
