All appliances and furniture are new, as well as flooring and paint. It is located directly between Stowe and Morrisville, making it an easy drive for food and entertainment. The cottage is a stand-alone building offering you privacy after work, with black-out blinds in every window in the bedroom for daytime naps/sleep. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and appliances so that you can cook or order food from the many options in Morrisville or Stowe.

This nearly tiny house is very comfortable, with a new couch, carpeting, and appliances. It is perfect for someone who likes privacy and comfort.
