To the north, enjoy the quieter, less touristy town of Morrisville, offering convenient access to Copley Hospital, grocery shopping, Marshalls, Ocean State Job Lot, pharmacies, favorite local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries. From the front of the home, enjoy beautiful views of Mount Mansfield, while the backyard offers peaceful natural beauty during the summer months as it borders the Morristown Bog Natural Area State Forest. This fully furnished ranch-style home has everything needed to feel comfortable and at home. Hardwood floors with radiant heat keep your toes cozy year-round. The home features two bedrooms one with a queen platform bed and the other with a full-size mattress set. Both bedrooms include blackout curtains and smart TVs. The living room offers a comfy couch, reclining chair, smart TV, and electric fireplace for added ambiance. The dining area seats four and includes a small antique desk, perfect for remote work or quiet reading. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and full oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, K-Cup brewer, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, mixer, blender, and nearly everything else needed for cooking with the exception of a dishwasher. The basement includes a washer and dryer along with some exercise equipment (nothing fancy) and a ping pong table. A breezeway entrance provides a relaxing place to sit during the warmer months while also functioning as a practical mudroom during Vermonts snowy seasons. The owners live next door, so dont hesitate to reach out with any concerns. Lawn care and snow plowing are included. Tenants are responsible for trash, recycling, and compost removal. Please note: EV vehicles are not permitted, as there is no EV charger or charging capability available on the property.
