Very close to everything you need walking distance to downtown. Very close to hospital. Small cozy house I live upstairs. Two parking spaces is available. Beautiful well lit walkway to your entrance. Large mudroom with plenty of storage available. Very private and everything is brand new. Couch pulls out to a bed. Tv has Netflix/prime/etc. Queen size comfy bed, nightstand, and a beautiful antique bureau to put your clothes and wardrobe to hang your clothes in. I also live less than a quarter of a mile to two laundry mats. Very quiet space.
