You would be essentially sharing the condo with myself. About me: Female, 30s, and two masters degrees. I work full time plus extra! I have two British Shorthair cats who roam freely and use a self cleaning automated litter box, so no cat pee smell at all. I am quiet yet social at times and responsible. My friends describe me as honest, hardworking, flexible, and more on the direct side. Once I get to know people and develop a sense of trust and communication I am easy going, flexible, understanding and openminded, so shoot me an offer. I can accommodate a cat or two, but a dog wont work, unfortunately. I would like to chat either on the phone, video-time or in person to get a sense for each other first. Being particular or picky about sharing my home with someone is in the best interest for the renter, as quality and fairness is necessary. Seasonal rates higher versus off season. January, February, March $2000.00/month. Off season $1500.00/month. I will consider each persons circumstances such as a cat, couple, or your unique situation. I am personally well aware of the challenges of finding suitable and safe housing while traveling, as I recently relocated to Naples from another country!
