Enjoy the fun of New Braunfels and Gruene! Our private guest house is about a mile to Historic Downtown Gruene and only about 2 miles to downtown New Braunfels! Ride a bike to shops and restaurants. This is very close to the local hospitals and medical centers so you will have a short drive to work. My subdivision has a park with river access so you can float the river! Or you can just do a quick ride to the tube rental locations. Walk to several restaurants like Buttermilk's for breakfast, Los Gallos Taco House, or Blacks BBQ for lunch or dinner. New Braunfels is in between San Antonio and Austin so it is an easy commute to the big cities. We are close to the growing area of San Marcus. You will absolutely love this location!

Tenant may use gazebo and bbq grill. This guesthouse is great for one person and one person is preferred. This cute guesthouse sits 1 mile from Gruene and only 2 miles from downtown new Braunfels. You can walk across the street to the famous Buttermilk Caf and Blacks Barbecue. This adorable home is close to the medical area. Its also convenient to fun activities like downtown historical Gruene and floating the river. The Schlitterbahn waterpark is only about 2 miles away.
