Located on the upper level of a large garage space. This garage building is adjacent to the owner's main homestead, separated by a parking bay. The garage space below the apartment is used at times, so there may be sounds that carry into the apartment on occasion from the hours of 8 Am - 8 PM. Currently, tenants do need to briefly walk through the owner's fenced in backyard in order to access the doorway to the apartment. The backyard is used by the owner's children and a dog during evening hours & weekends, at times. (Improvements underway for private parking and a private walkway for tenants - stay tuned!) The larger landscape is a gravel driveway and parking area, surrounded by lawn and a grassy path leading into a patch of woods. Tenants have a private area on the other side of the fence with a chiminea and chairs, looking outward to a tree-line and wooded area. The living space provides a TV with a streaming device, comfortable seating options, complete with ottoman for storage. The bathroom has a large standup shower, plush towels, shelves, and a large enclosed storage area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a residential sized refrigerator, multifunction LG stove, and a small table with seating for 2.
