Mature professional couple seeks a compatible roommate for a beautifully furnished and thoughtfully decorated Uptown New Orleans home. We are two retired professionals who divide our time between New Orleans and San Francisco. From approximately June through October, the home is often occupied only by our roommate, offering exceptional privacy and quiet. The available bedroom is located at the front of the home and includes a semi-private bath with tub and shower - also being the bathroom for visitors/guests. The home's layout provides excellent separation and sound privacy, with our bedroom located at the rear of the house and a den situated between the two bedroom suites. The home is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence in one of Uptown's most desirable neighborhoods, with comfortable shared living spaces and a warm, welcoming atmosphere and plenty of available off-street parking.
