House · 1,000 sq ft · 2 beds · 1 bath · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

Available from Jan to 5th to possible end of March 2025. I am renting out half of my 1900sq house, which includes two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, a private bathroom with shared entrance and large kitchen. There are four living room sections and a large hallway, and a beautiful 2 acre property to enjoy. I, the owner, will live in the house a few days here and there as I also have a place in NYC and mostly come up a few days a week or bi weekly, but will have my own bathroom and and living room in another section of the house. The basement has a lot of room so temporary storage is possible.

The space

12 min from New Paltz and 20 min from Kinston. Quiet road and only one neighbor across the street. Beautiful wooden area and close to hiking trails.
