It is upstairs the only room on the left with a view of a garden, forest, and sunrise. A year-round creek runs through the property. The house is on a quiet country road with horses. We are just five minutes from New Paltz which has plenty of amenities yet still has a small-town feel. The rail trail is a short 10 min walk away as well as other conveniently located trails. New Paltz lies in the heart of the famous Hudson Valley and there is a direct bus you can take to New York City. The Mohonk Mountain House is just a 7-minute drive. It is a perfect retreat for a professional person who wants to be in nature but have the convenience of proximity.
