Property is well-shaded with oak trees surrounding the property. Pool area is caged and spacious. Backyard is small. Space mostly for pool area. Front of house has a small lawn and garden. 2 side gates into fenced-in backyard. Walk along a cobblestone path to a small screened porch. Let yourself into a great, spacious living room, that looks out to the pool area. To your left is the master bedroom suite with attached work area with 2 tables and walkin closet and bathroom; the bathroom has 2 sinks, linen closet, toilet and a step-down shower. Look to the right as you enter the foyer and you see the kitchen nook, kitchen, and dining area. Beyond it are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and bathroom. The pool area has a smoker/charcoal grill. 2 patio tables and sets of chairs. There is a small bathroom in the pool area. There is a water spicket and hose for adding water to the pool. Outside the caged area is a fenced-in area that we used for gardening on one side, and the pool heater and pump on the other. We provide lawn and pest control services. We can show you how to maintain the pool, or we can provide services for additional fee.

The space

Quiet, well-kept area. This is in an HOA community. A few families but mostly seniors. Many friendly neighbors. Close to Starkey Blvd near the park. Lovely walking and bicycle paths. Less than a mile to the supermarket (Publix) and restaurants, about 3 miles to shopping centers such as Walmart, Ross, Target, Michaels, Sprouts, 5 and Below, and more good restaurants -- chains and local.<br />
