Other rooms off the hallway include two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a laundry room with the washer/dryer and tons of shelving for kitchen and cleaning supplies. The loft like open plan is ideal for cooking and entertaining, the bluestone Island supports casual dining while the stunning glass dining room table easily supports guests. All in all, 1,300 sq ft allows for plenty of space to move around in. The main bedroom has a king size bed, three built in closets, a desk and dresser. The second bedroom has a full bed and attached half bath. The main bathroom offers a rain shower and large soaking tub. The large mirror above the vanity makes a spacious room even grander. All the front windows look out onto the garden across the street, the light pours in. Side windows look out onto trees. Lovely when everything is in bloom.

The space

A quiet apartment, the ceiling and floor were lined with sound boards when construction was done. The long hallway is lined with exposed brick. Oak floors throughout, bathroom with limestone, half bath with polished marble. Kitchen, with a large Viking refrigerator, feels so spacious in an open plan, it is fully set up with all the necessary utensils, dishwasher blue stone counters and Island. Top/bottom blinds control the lightening, modern chic fixtures. Third floor walk up in pre-war building.
