We offer a private room in a second-floor apartment inside a quiet, 55-unit doorman elevator building located in Carnegie Hill, one of the most charming and residential neighborhoods of New York City's Upper East Side. It's a great location to enjoy and explore the unique arts and culture of the city since it's within a ten minute walk to numerous museums, the cultural center the 92 Street Y, as well as Central Park. We are very knowledgeable residents of New York City and can assist you in finding your way around town if you are not familiar with our city. In addition we can advise you about restaurants, cultural activities, the Theater District, tourist events, and more if you wish. Medical professionals please take note - this furnished and privatr room is within a 10 to 25 minute walk to Mount Sinai Hospital, Metropolitan Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital, Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital, and NY Presbyterian Hospital / NY Weill Cornell Medical Center.
