This room offers a calm and comfortable place to come home to, with its own private en-suite bath and plenty of space to spread out. It's roughly 175200 square feet, providing ample space for a complete bedroom setup without feeling cramped. The large north-facing window brings in steady daylight throughout the day, thanks to the open city views with no buildings blocking the sun. A Smart TV is already in place, making it easy to wind down at night or enjoy a relaxed morning before heading out. The apartment itself has a friendly, lived-in feel, and the shared spaces, such as the living area and dining nook, are bright, open, and filled with character from the surrounding city views. The galley kitchen keeps daily routines simple with a toaster, air fryer, microwave, and ample counter space for preparing quick meals. When you want fresh air, the apartment has a small terrace (about five by 10 feet) that's perfect for sipping coffee or taking in the skyline. Building perks include a gym and, occasionally, access to a basketball court, providing easy ways to stay active without leaving home. Hardwood floors, oversized windows, and thoughtfully arranged furniture throughout the apartment create a warm and welcoming ambiance. Beyond the apartment, the surrounding area makes daily life incredibly easy and fun. The space

The bedroom has its own en suite bath. It looks north with bright daylight and no obstructing buildings. My computer and printer are in the bedroom and I may need access for about one to two hors a week, with advance permission of the renter. The application fee is $30.
