The apartment is available 10DEC to at least 15FEB. I am looking for a minimum 2 month booking. This 4th Floor apartment is directly across the street from Penn Station and all of the rail lines of New Jersey Transit and the Long Island Railroad as well as Amtrak. It is directly across the street from Facebook's New York Headquarters and is 2 blocks from the Highline Park and Hudson Yards as well as Whole Foods Market. 4 blocks to the 10 mile long Hudson River Park for biking, jogging or running. There are many gyms and specialty exercise facilities within walking distance. This is known as the Chelsea neighborhood, very urban, very diverse, the original gay friendly NYC area.

The space

This is a large 800 square foot one bedroom with something special. The bedroom is at one end of the apartment and the living room and balcony are at the other end. There is a divider between the kitchen and the living room as well as French doors so that the living room area can be closed to create another private sleeping area. The bathroom and the kitchen can be accessed without bothering the bedroom or the living room. There is a 24 hour attended lobby and an elevator.
