NOTE: At times I may be a the apartment, but sparingly (once or twice a month). I'm based in Washington DC, and occasional visits may be necessary. If I ever need to stay overnight in New York, I would use the living room for sleeping, ensuring the securely locked bedroom remains exclusively accessible to you. However, these visits are anticipated to be minimal, happening possibly once or twice a month.
