The apartment has one bedroom, 1 bath, living room, and a newly remodeled eat-in kitchen. It is located on the 7th and highest floor with unobstructed views of Central Park. There is a basement laundry room with four washers and four dryers and a newly installed elevator. All utilities are paid including water, garbage, heat, electricity, WIFI, and TV with streaming services, as well as a monthly housekeeper. Transportation is convenient to several hospitals on the west side of Manhattan and a 20- minute walk across the park to Mt. Sinai Hospital on the east side. The C and B trains are one and a half blocks away. The M-10 bus downtown is within a block. Whole Foods is nearby, a small grocery store is a block and a half away, and many more stores are a short 10-minute walk to Broadway. For your day or night off, Broadway theaters are 20 minutes away on the C train. Museums, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, are a 20 to 25-minute walk across the park. Your visit will be easier without a car. However, if you have one there is a parking garage half a block away or street parking.

The space

The living room has a comfortable American Leather pull-out queen bed. For musicians, there is a baby grand piano in the living room. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has full-sized appliances, a table and chairs, and a tall window for light and ventilation that looks over the courtyard behind the apartment building. There is excellent light and ventilation throughout the apartment.
