This room rental gives you a private space on the top floor of a historic townhouse while still giving you access to the shared rooms and character of a full house. The layout strikes a good balance between your own area upstairs and plenty of common space throughout the home. Your top-floor space includes a private bedroom and private bathroom, along with your own washer and dryer and a refrigerator on the same floor. There is also another room on this level that may be available if you would like additional space. This setup gives you a comfortable amount of privacy for everyday living.
