Two story home with a wrap around porch perfect for relaxing and unwinding in the summer. Quiet neighborhood just outside of town with little to no traffic noise. The bedroom has a tv and fire stick that you can input your streaming logins. In the upstairs living space, there is a shared full kitchen, shared bathroom and living area available to you. Laundry is downstairs and also available. We are conveniently located by Newark hospital and only a 6 minute drive! Grocery stores, restaurants and gym all within a 5-10 minute drive. Beautiful sights and cities all within an hour radius includes finger lakes region(watkins glen state park etc), Lake Ontario, Rochester and Syracuse. Perfect for someone who loves hiking and exploring. Currently there is a long term tenant upstairs that works second shift at a local school and a friendly cat that calls this place home. One other bedroom upstairs is open for renting to travelers. We stay in the downstairs apartment when we are not out on a travel PT assignment.
