Apartment · 1,199 sq ft · 2 beds · 2 baths · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

The property is decorated nicely with high quality linens, plenty of extra supplies and blankets, and has very easy upkeep with the flooring (no carpeted areas-just area rugs). The space has previously been used for airbnb, so all supplies and amenities are stocked. Tenants/guests will have plenty of privacy and access to land and woods in the backyard for walking, show shoeing, winter bonfires, cross country skiing, etc. We are also within an hour to local ski resorts, casinos, lakes, wineries, cities (Watkins Glenn, Ithaca, Elmira, Corning), and snow mobile trails.
