This quiet apartment is attached to our home with a private entry from the shared porch - just off NYS Route 13 in the Hamlet of Newfield. It is a short walk down our grassy path to Bank Street, which leads into the hamlet by way of a Civil War era cemetery and the historic Newfield Covered Bridge. The five mile drive into Ithaca takes you by way of two NYS Parks - each with a variety of trails and waterfalls. Ithaca itself has an abundance of fine restaurants, museums, and performance venues. The scenic Finger Lakes Region is also home to assorted wineries and breweries - many of which have bistro-style restaurants on site.

This newly renovated space is ideal for a single person who needs a quiet place to live and work. There is a queen bed in the bedroom - and a couple single day-beds in the lounge area for seating & occasional guests. The dining table easily doubles as a work desk - WiFi service is shared.
