This house is old and slanted in places, but we have made it comfortable and charming for you. The bedrooms each have double room-darkening window coverings; blackout shades and theatre grade drapes. The rooms are pitch black during the day when both are used! The three seasons sun room is lovely to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon beverage and watch the neighborhood. There are often people biking and walking by to the near by trails. The sun room acts as an efficient mud room during the snowy months.

The space

Comfortably sleeps 2-4 people. Large backyard for you and your kids or dogs to play. Lovely sun room for morning coffee or evening beverages. It is old and quirky with the character of 90 years in Vermont, but we have updated it to make it home. The washer and dryer are in the basement which is unfinished. The living room ceiling is 82" high, so a little less than 7 feet so if you are 6' for taller, it might seem a little tight. Must be 21 years old to rent.
