***Due the to nature of a shared home, female, non-smoking tenant only please.** When you are working and you want to save money and also have a safe, private, and quiet space to spend your off time, well my home provides just that! I have been renting to travel nurses for almost 6 years and know that an enjoyable, peaceful, easy, and convenient experience makes all the difference. As a renter you have two different rooms to utilize to your desire. One is the bedroom which includes a queen pillow top mattress, dresser, closet, removable blackout curtains, plenty of shelves, and a small fridge. The second additional across the hall is great for a living space. It includes a small desk/table, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, and Keurig duo. All linens and towels are provided. Your bathroom is private and has the added bonus of a deep tub if you enjoy a bath. Wifi is available throughout the house as well as a Fire TV in the private rented bedroom. Approval for rental does require a $40 background check to be paid by the renter. My house is thoughtful, clean, and cozy with professional cleaning service every fourth week that includes sheet and towel change. There is one hypoallergenic dog on property named Daphne, who does not bark or shed and will only be there to happily be around and only engages with you if you want to. Kitchen is shared but spacious, including plenty of space in the fridge and freezer and a pantry for storage. There is a fenced backyard with a large screened porch with ample seating and a grill as well. This is the kind of rental that you can interact if you want, or spend time decompressing when not working with no worries. I work a regular schedule and take great pride in my home, I love sharing it with others and look forward to each new opportunity. Come and enjoy North Chesterfield!
