North Clarendon, Vermont Room for Rent

• Remote workers
• Relocating
• Between homes

Room · 144 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

The house is located at the end of a private road and sits on a 3-ace wooded lot. The front porch with chairs faces east for morning sun. There is a very 12 foot wide deck in the back of the house running the length of the house with table, chairs and lounge chairs in the warmer weather. While the neighbor's homes can be seen from the house, they is very little noise during the day and evening as neither neighbor has young children or teens. The house sitting at the end of the private road also means there is little to no vehicle traffic noise. Being considered a rural district, the roads are dirt but very well maintained by the local town road crews. While the regional airport is very close, air traffic is light and does not intrude in terms of plane noise.
