The cottage is a few steps from swimming, paddling, hiking, biking, & close to Burlington, Middlebury, mountains, streams and lakes. Beat that! There are 2 loft bedrooms and a small bathroom with a toilet and sink upstairs. An entry parlor with old schoolhouse piano just inside the door. A living room with a wood stove and a fold out comfy futon that can sleep 2 adults. TV, wifi, AC, & bluetooth speaker.A dining room with corner nook and pull-out love-seat that could sleep 1 adult or maybe 2 kids. A small functional kitchen, with an electric stove, range, toaster oven / air fryer, microwave & fridge. Downstairs bathroom with shower, washer, and dryer. There is a tandem 2 person kayak and a canoe with paddles on site. Beach access and boat launches a short walk away. Nature trail, Lewis Creek, & Tennis Court a short walk through the woods. Back yard fire pit under tall cedar trees and party lights. Propane grill and organic garden may have seasonal greens and veggies.
