This is a very safe area that's private and facing the lake which is beautiful. You can also see trees along the lake. This is in the village of Norwood so there are neighbor's but it is very private and quiet where it sits. The driveway is on the steep side but it is private and can hold three cars if needed. There is another area to park if needed just walking distance away. There is also a little store within walking distance as well and the big grocery store is just 7 min driving distance away. This is truly a very comfortable home away from home. We are very dog friendly so your furry friend is welcome. There is a one time dog fee. We require all applicants to pass a background check, provide income verification and provide rental references. Applicants will need to complete tenant screenings through Furnished Finder which includes a background and credit check.

The space

Change out of your work clothes and put on your slippers and relax by the fireplace. Enjoy this all inclusive with utilities, full two bedroom house priced to sleep four people but with pull out queen and single sofas it can sleep 7 for additional charges. Private home with private parking and pet friendly for an additional charge you may bring your dog(s). Gas fire place and unlimited hot water and radiant heat in the floors.
