This is a genuinely special home in one of the Hudson Valley's most beloved river towns. A furnished mid-century split-level with real character, clean lines, natural light, and a warm lived-in feel that immediately puts you at ease. What makes it special: Hook Mountain State Park trailhead is literally at the end of the street. The Hudson River waterfront is a 5-minute walk. Nyack Beach State Park and the Empire State Trail are equally close. You don't need a car to access nature here, it starts the moment you step outside. Guests can expect complete privacy for the duration of their stay, no shared spaces with hosts. The home is kept clean, comfortable, and stocked for independent living. Smartlock entry means flexible arrival on your schedule. The backyard with firepit and deck is a genuine retreat after long workdays or trail adventures.
