The property is set on a hillside, overlooking the Hudson River. There are two very private, landscaped parks. One is manicured for picnics and enjoyment in Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. The other is adjacent to the Old Erie Railroad nature-trail, with incredible views. The property was a brownstone quarry in the 1800s and has historic walls that are dated throughout the property. The area around the house is known for its peaceful charm, which attracts really nice neighbors, artists, and celebrities. The pool is open in the summer and is available for use by inquiry with the homeowner. The gym is in the guest house, and is available 24/7 to our tenant. Tenants are also entitled to bringing in a licensed & insured physical trainer.
