The apartment is on the second floor of a landlord occupied multifamily home. It is a two room unit with a large eat in kitchen, and a separate bedroom. We are willing to rent week to week after the first month for $750 per week. The house has been totally updated with fast internet and fios TV. The apartment is supplied with cooking equipment, sheets, blankets and towels, it is very comfortable, bright and clean. Our location is a two block walk to the Hudson River, four blocks to the village of Nyack and the house borders the shared use path to the Tappan Zee Bridge. There are numerous places to hike, bike, run or walk in the immediate area. Fabulous eateries are also within a short walk from the house. We are approximately a half hour drive to NY Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan, most hospitals in Northern New Jersey&Westchester County, and one hour to lower Manhattan. The train to NY is about 15 minutes across the TZ bridge and there's also a bus that probably takes about an hour with no traffic.
