The house as well as your rented room or suite is newly renovated to be clean, functional yet minimalistic. Please put the kitchen to use if you like to cook. We have most spices, healthy oils and basics for cooking. The stove and oven are gas and there is a dishwasher. There is one other room next to yours that may have another guest from furnished finder, with access to their own bathroom as well as the living, dining room and kitchen. My wife and I live downstairs. We are here if and when you would need us to be helpful. The property is close to potential work, shopping and entertainment. The area also has trails to walk or bike.

The space

This rental space is great for one guest. The room is furnished with a queen bed, small desk with chair and closet for hanging clothes, as well as a full- body mirror. Your private bathroom has a shower with rain head, a vanity and toilet. You have full access to the living room where you can enjoy watching/streaming from a smart tv (we have several platforms - sign in as guest), as well as the dining room and kitchen. A quarter of the pantry space is yours along with fridge space.
