House · 2,934 sq ft · 3 beds · 3 baths · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

I am an accomplished professional interior designer and I am renting my vacation home. It has been recently renovated and is elegantly appointed and spotlessly clean. If you have ever travelled to Europe and have stayed at a 5-star luxury boutique hotel in England or France, you will feel very comfortable in this home. Every detail has been thought out and designed to the highest standards - not a typical bare bones rental. Premium NEW mattresses, NEW paint, NEW linens, NEW flooring and NEW plantation shutters. Two wood-burning fireplaces. The kitchen is large with new flooring and appliances. The property is very quiet and backs onto a mini-mountain - you may see deer roaming on the property. It has the feeling of a country English house.

The space

Seneca Heights is an upscale and lovely historical neighborhood. It is walking distance to parks, restaurants and grocery shopping.
