Situated in the back of the valley in Pacifica, CA, we are surrounded by nature. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails, as well as the beach 5 minutes away. The unit is in the downstairs area of our home, with a private entrance and all the amenities, including a washer and dryer in the unit. Pets are also welcome! Close to shopping and entertainment. SFO is a 25 minute drive. Ample street parking, and space enough inside to store your bicycle. We live upstairs, and there are 3 of us. Mom, Dad, and a 10 year old. Mom does pet care for a living, so if you have a pet that needs to be let out, arrangements can be made. Dad is a General Foreman for a mechanical contractor, and our 10 year old is a great kid, all the way around. We would see each other in passing, but overall, the unit is very private. We live upstairs, but during the day, it is generally quiet. You might hear the piano in the afternoons if you're here, but not from the bedroom. If there's anything you need, we can accommodate most requests. We are a fun, outgoing family, and our in law unit is truly a little oasis!

The space

This is a spacious unit, great for one or 2 people, with a sofa bed for guests. There is a patio area at the entry that is a good size. The bedroom is super cozy with blackout curtains. The kitchen is newly updated, as are the pet friendly floors installed throughout. Neighborhood: Pacifica is a beachy, laid back, small town located about 15 miles south of San Francisco. Our neighborhood is a quiet, community oriented, friendly area, surrounded by beautiful green hills. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails, and we have an abundance of local wildlife, including deer, coyotes, and mountain lions. There are some great local restaurants and things to do nearby, and the beach is 5 minutes away by car.
