House · 1,280 sq ft · 2 beds · 2 baths · No pets allowed.

We will be renting our furnished, homestead while we travel for 3 months. A unique property which has been designed and built by us with edible landscaping. Most of the plants are fruiting now, avocado, bananas, pineapples, cacao, peppers, soursop, oranges, limes, coconuts and beautiful, fragrant flowers are interspersed. This is a 4 year old home with 2 baths and 2 bedrooms and a welcoming, open design, tucked away behind foliage. An outdoor, garden shower we use exclusively over the interior tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer on lanai. There is 15kW of solar power - plenty for average daily use - we have never run out of power. Propane (3) 5 gal tanks-full provided for on-demand hot water and stove top. Starlink internet is provided and a security system. Two cool cats, Charman and Toots just showed up in our lives, decided to live here and earn their keep with rodent patrol in the jungle island environment. It is for their care that we post our/their home for rent while we are gone. They are outdoor/indoor cats who can come and go as they please. They dont require a litter box, as they go outside freely. Food for them is provided. They usually sleep inside. There are chickens roaming and fresh eggs. No additional pets please. We will provide a small 2015 Nissan Sentra for a fair rate, if you provide your own insurance - non-owners policy. ======================================================================
