Large 2-Story modern house on 1 acre property, in a beautiful country setting. We are in Sullivan County in the Catskill Mountains. Our town, Parksville, is small quiet hamlet at the beginning of a powerful comeback. It currently has a restaurant/bar and 2 convenience stores 2 miles from the house. Liberty, NY is our closest town at 6 miles, and has 2 supermarkets, hardware stores, restaurants, and much more. It is truly a wonderful community.

The space

Private room with semi private bath, in a lovely modern house, Furnished with a queen bed, in its own quiet wing of the house . We provide cable TV, wifi, a med size fridge and microwave in the room, large closet, dedicated parking spot and trash removal. Main kitchen use is very limited. We have rented to 2 other nurses and it was very good for both parties.
