Outdoor security cameras on premises. Main home has a backyard with a Spanish courtyard feel, including a fountain that runs on occasion as well as two medium size dogs who shares the lawn. On some summer evenings we enjoy the firepit in the backyard. Work hybrid. We are pretty chill, no drama and looking for same to share the property. Entrance from gated driveway through lawn shared by main house to private French door entrance of unit. Neighborhood: Walkable neighborhood, quite, safe. Quiet and serene residential neighborhood in foothills and close to hiking. 5-10 minute walk to: market, bank, cleaners, starbucks, bus stops, restaurants. Metro stop on Gold line is 1 mile (or take the bus to metro, just a few stops).
