This unit offers a roomy shower, and plenty of bathroom space to do your business comfortably. If you forget something, no worries! We probably have some extra. If you need a cleaning during your stay, we offer a cleaning per month for a very small extra fee. The washer and dryer are available at no extra cost. Avoid lugging laundry to and from a laundromat in whatever beautiful weather AZ offers. There is a full-size ironing board and a wardrobe with hangers. There are extra soft blankets and linens for the loveseat to be more comfortable. There is a pack and play available with extra cost. There is an air purifier to assist in the allergies. The private patio and small yard can be seen through the living room window. Follow the lit walkway to the back and rest in the ambience of the beautiful weather Az brings. We just ask you keep it to a respectful decibel since noise carries outside. You can watch TV from the patio or relax in the ambiance. There is WiFi and plugs on the porch for any outdoor peaceful study or work. We have 24/7 security monitoring and keyless access to avoid the hassle of check in and keeping track of keys. We do welcome traveling pups with approval of breed but must clean up after them or will be charged $150 cleaning fee. The Cozy Hideaway is located only 6 minutes from Grand Canyon University and 15 Minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Explore downtown food and culture with a quick 10 minute drive. The State Farm stadium and Westgate are only a 20 minute drive away. Please let us know if there is anything we can clarify or help with in order to book! Wed love to answer any questions. Guest access: Private entrance with single car driveway, whole studio unit and private patio/yard. Other things to note: Please let us know if we can help make this unit better suited to you.
