Hi guys! I'm Gianna - happy you clicked on my listing! I'm a cardiac ultrasound technologist and have been in the field since 2015. I recently completed three years of travel echo work, so I understand what it's like to be on the road and not know who to trust. After long workdays, everyone deserves a safe place that truly feels like home. I've been where you are, which is why I love hosting so much. I've lived in Arizona for more than 20 years and am always happy to recommend my favorite food spots and local gems. I hope you enjoy the southwest desert as much as I do! This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and I only host mid-term stays (31+ days). I live on-site in the primary suite with my two 11-year-old German Shepherds. They have their own dog door and are very self-sufficient, though they do get excited when the doorbell rings! Be careful they will love you and follow you everywhere if you look them in the eyes. :) The second bathroom is shared between the two guest rooms. Depending on the season, you may have the bathroom all to yourself or share it with up to one other guest. I also like to make sure everyone is comfortable with a co-ed living environment. LGBT+ friendly and so very welcome. There is a $500 nonrefundable startup fee(no separate deposit), which helps cover cleaning, handyman, landscaping, brand new bed linens for every guest (you're welcome to take them with you at the end of your stay if you have room), all house supplies throughout the stay including toilet paper/paper towels and of course any damages/cancelations. I keep it as low as I can without scaring anyone away with the non refundable part! Parking and utilities are included in the monthly rate. Each room gets their own mini fridge/ freezer combo and mounted TV. AC thermostat is locked but kept at 72 at all times. I can not survive Arizona any warmer than that, but I am happy to drop it if your feeling spicy in the house, we work too hard to be sweating at home! I provide many household essentials such as toilet paper and dish soap, though guests are responsible for personal food consumables and laundry detergent. As an Italian woman, I have every dish and kitchen gadget you will need but I do keep some cabinetry empty for each guest if you travel with your own. I am unable to offer any extra storage space in the garage. Not accepting any reservations with pets with 2 dogs already living in the house. Pool is drained and closed off at this time, backyard still cute tho :) Remodeling the pool early 2027. Calendar is ever changing so text me for the most accurate availability.
