Across the street from Children's hospital and walkable to West Penn hospital. Short drive (or shuttle) to Shadyside/Presby hospital. Close to University of Pittsburgh, CMU, Chathum university - It comes with on street parking spaces or off street parking for an extra $100/month. Close to restaurants and shopping. It comes completely furnished - all you would have to do is bring your clothes and you will be 'home'. Close to the bus line.
