There is a small front porch and a large screened in back porch with a babbling brook bordering the yard. One Roku TV and a TV in each bedroom. You need to provide your own streaming sticks for these TVs. 15 minutes to Rutland Regional Medical Center and other area nursing care facilities. There are many walking trails, 5 stores with a variety of items: prepared meals, deli items with orders to go, Dollar General, and a Sub-Way. We live in a great neighborhood with the Vermont Police Academy/Fire Training facility only a mile away. Our town recreation center is only 1/2 mile up the road with walking trails, picnic area, and you can go swimming for a fee.
