This is a wonderful, 150 year old farmhouse next to a brook and waterfall. Easy access to main road. Only 25 minutes from central Vermont hospital (CVMC) and 35 from the St. Johnsbury hospital. Two living rooms, lots of room for privacy or visiting. Access from backyard to 6 miles of hiking, biking, running trails. Located in Central Vt, just outside of Montpelier, the state capital. I am a 69 year old woman who enjoys sharing my stunning location with many people. I have been an Airbnb Host for 6 years. Also, I am fully vaccinated against Covid. I am willing to talk about pets and extra guest/companions. I currently have a small dog who does not bark or jump on people. The television is downstairs, not in the bedrooms.

The space

The upstairs shower is used for tenant and will be available for personal items. The downstairs bathroom has a wonderful, deep, claw footed old fashioned tub, and is the primary bathroom of the Landlord.
