Property is beautiful with vast array of trees, plants, flowers and bushes. Main house is a 107yr old farmhouse. Guest house is connected by a large porch and nestled on top of garage. Rental unit is the entire top floor of the guest house. Summertime, there is access to a 24ft pool. All utilities are included, but I ask for tenants to be mindful of energy usage. There is no access to laundry service, but there are plenty of places nearby. Tenant is not responsible for property upkeep.

The space

This is the top floor of my guest house. There is a living room, small bedroom and bathroom (no tub). There is no kitchen, but there is a large electric skillet, microwave, mini fridge, and access to a shelf in the big freezer. Farmhouse decor, very quiet & peaceful.
