The rental is a private bedroom with private bathroom across the hallway. The rest of the house is shared space. A full kitchen, dining room, office, and living room are available to you. Video games and a smart TV are in the shared living room. There is an art nook with painting, drawing, and clay molding amenities. Extras: Lake access right across the road. I am a formally trained former chef. When I cook, I make enough for everyone. I will leave the food in the fridge if you are working an off shift. I own a 22ft sailboat (old but reliable) that can be made available to you if you are capable and have a NY boating license. Kayaks are available for your use. Great lake views that are nice to get lost in while sipping your morning coffee.
