Please note: the studio is next door to a neighborhood bar, so light ambient noise may be noticeable at times. There is no dedicated parking, but street parking is typically easy. Discounted car rentals may be available upon request. Guests have full private access to the studio and backyard. Continuing to add thoughtful touches to the outdoor space. The studio is located on the lower level of a residential property, with a separate private entrance and outdoor space. Your host is a LA local and happy to share tips, recommendations and favorite spots around the city.
