This home is located in the heart of Playa del Rey, one of LA's most unique, small beach towns with a true neighborhood feel. Directly across the street is the Del Rey Lagoon Park that has a baseball field, playground, grassy fields and a scenic lagoon. Beyond that is the beach, just a 2-minute walk!
