The in-law apartment is attached to the larger owner occupied family home. The property is next to the Quechee Town Park and less than a five minute drive to the Quechee Gorge and many of the restaurants and local retail services. Hanover and Dartmouth College are just 20 minutes to the east and Killington is an easy 30 minute drive to the west.

The space

This spacious in-law apartment is located on the Ottauquechee River next to the Quechee Park. The Quechee Club, Gorge, shops, and restaraunts are all within a one minute drive. Dartmouth College is a 20 minute drive. It has a private entrance and ample parking. A small deck affords views of the river and surrounding hills. The backyard slopes down the river bank and offers a wonderful space to enjoy the hills and waterways of Vermont.
